Cozy and brand new split level studio on the 1st floor with a big balcony. Suitable for a family with one or two children. There is a queen-size bed (150 cm) on the second level and a sofa bed (130cm width, 180cm length) on the first level. The studio is equipped with air conditioning, window nets and shutters. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, kettle, microwave, dishes, glasses and cutlery. On the balcony there is an awning and a table with chairs. The studios are located in the center of Nea Plagia, just 150 meters from the sandy beach.

Upon your request we can provide you with an iron, high chair and baby cot.

The breakfast is served daily from 9:30 till 11:00 at Kochyli Taverna.
